USC Women's Beach Volleyball National Championships
2015 AVCA SAND VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

In her fourth year as the USC head coach of an NCAA emerging sport, Anna Collier led the Women of Troy to a perfect 28-0 record capped off by a 3-0 victory over Long Beach State in Gulf Shores, Ala., to claim the final AVCA title and the program’s first national championship on the sand. Alexa Strange, a junior, and three Trojan sophomores (Sophie Bukovec, Kelly Claes, and Sara Hughes) were named AVCA All-Americans. Claes and Hughes also claimed the AVCA Pairs’ National Championship.
2016 NCAA BEACH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

USC won back-to-back national championships and made history as the first-ever NCAA beach volleyball champion with a 34-2 overall record under head coach Anna Collier. The Women of Troy ended the season on a 30-match winning streak and also claimed the first-ever Pac-12 championship. All-Americans Kelly Claes and Sara Hughes were chosen as the Pac-12 Pair of the Year and won the league’s pairs’ championship. The Trojans entered the first-ever NCAA tourney as the second seed behind Florida State, but defeated the Seminoles in the title match.
2017 NCAA BEACH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

The Trojans won an unprecedented third straight national title for USC’s 20th women’s NCAA title and 104th all-time NCAA team championship. The Women of Troy defeated archrival Pepperdine in a hard-fought 3-2 finish to claim a third crown for head coach Anna Collier in Gulf Shores, Ala. USC built an NCAA-record 62-match winning streak throughout the season and went 38-1 to set a school record for wins. The Trojans had four AVCA All-Americans: Sophia Bukovec, Kelly Claes, Sara Hughes, and Allie Wheeler. USC also won its second Pac-12 title and saw Claes-Hughes claim a second Pac-12 pairs championship.
2021 NCAA BEACH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

USC won the 2021 NCAA Beach Volleyball Championship with a 3-1 victory over top-seeded and No. 1-ranked UCLA (32-5) on Gulf Shores Beach on Sunday, May 9, 2021 to claim the program's fourth national crown. The title is the first under second-year head coach Dain Blanton and the first since the Trojans won it in 2017. Following the completion of the championship dual, USC's No. 1 pair of junior All-American Tina Graudina and freshman Megan Kraft and the No. 2 pair of graduate Julia Scoles and senior All-American Sammy Slater were each named to the NCAA All-Tournament Team.
2022 NCAA BEACH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP

The top-seeded and No. 1-ranked USC beach volleyball team (37-1) secured back-to-back NCAA Championships and the program's fifth all-time national crown by defeating fifth-seeded No. 4 Florida State (33-11) by a 3-1 count in the championship dual on May 8, 2022. The championship is USC's 134th all-time and the 36th national crown won by the Women of Troy. USC made its fifth appearance in the NCAA championship dual and won its fourth NCAA title. The Trojans' completed the season with a 36-dual win streak intact and won back-to-back titles for the second time (2016-17, 2021-22).
2023 NCAA BEACH VOLLEYBALL CHAMPIONSHIP
The third-seeded and No. 3-ranked USC beach volleyball team (32-5) won its third straight NCAA championship (sixth national title and fifth NCAA crown) on a 3-2 win over top-seeded and No. 1-ranked crosstown rival UCLA (40-4) at Gulf Beach Place on May 7, 2023. The win brings USC its 135th national championship in school history and is the 37th crown won by the Women of Troy. It is the 112th NCAA championship for the University and is the 27th NCAA championship won by a USC women's team. The Trojans won for the second time over the Bruins in five meetings this spring and snapped a three-dual losing streak to UCLA to improve to 23-17 all-time over their crosstown rival.
