THIS SEASON: Wojciech "Wojtek" Marek is in his third season at USC.
2022-23:
• All-Pac-12 First Team
• In singles, went 27-11 overall and 17-6 in dual matches
• Played primarily at the No. 3 (9-5) and No. 4 (7-1) positions
• In doubles, went 14-12 overall and 10-9 in dual matches
• In doubles, played primarily with Peter Makk at the No. 3 position (1-3) and with Samuell Rubell at the No. 2 (3-1) and • No. 3 (4-3) positions
• Achieved a career best ITA singles ranking was of No. 69 and ended the season ranked #116
• Clinched five matches for the Trojans (UC Irvine, Pepperdine, Utah, Stanford, Florida), including against Utah to secure the Pac-12 Championship Tournament title for Troy.
• Named to Pac-12 Spring Academic Honor Roll

PRIOR ACHIEVEMENTS: Marek attended Warsaw School of Education in Sport before coming to USC… Was ranked No. 1 in the Polish rankings from age 12-18… Has been a member of Poland's National Team and Davis Cup team… Won bronze at the European Championship as an under-14 and silver at the event as an under-18… Has been a finalist in singles and doubles at 15K events and entered USC ranked No. 657 in singles and No. 1014 in doubles in the ATP rankings.
PERSONAL: Wojciech Marek was born May 27, 2001, in Bytom, Poland… Parents are Iwona and Julian… Has two sisters, Milena and Julianna… Enjoys listening to music and watching F1 races during his free time… Lists Rafael Nadal as his biggest sports hero… Hopes to travel to Patagonia and India… Majoring in communication.
