Brittany Werre joined USC Athletics as a Director of Development in September 2024.
Previously, she spent five years (2019-2024) with the Longhorn Foundation at The University of Texas at Austin, most recently serving as an Associate Director of Development. During her time with the Longhorns, Werre oversaw the day-to-day operations of the DeLoss Dodds Leadership Team and was a member of the Annual Fund team that saw a record-breaking year with $74M+ raised in FY24. Werre also worked as a frontline fundraiser, managing a portfolio of major gift donors.
Werre received her M.Ed. in Sport Management from The University of Texas at Austin and her B.A. in Communications/Journalism with a minor in Political Science from the University of Washington. A four-year letterwinner, Werre was a member of the softball team at Washington, competing in three Women's College World Series and finishing runner-up during the 2018 season. She also served as the president of the Washington Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
Born and raised in Manhattan Beach, Werre currently resides in the South Bay with her fiancé, Max.
