Dr. Parker Poliakoff was named associate athletic director of development for USC Athletics in April of 2023. He is a member of the athletics development leadership team and oversees the Trojan Victory Fund, Heritage Association, Trojan Athletic Parents Association, and sport-specific giving.
Previously, he spent four years (2019-23) at the University of Miami overseeing their major giving team and helping publicly launch their $225M EverBrighter campaign. Additionally, Dr. Poliakoff helped create and implement Miami’s major giving and principal giving societies culminating in a record-breaking FY23 that saw the most seven-figure gifts in a single fiscal year.
Prior to the University of Miami, Dr. Poliakoff spent three years (2016-19) as a major gift officer for UCLA Athletics, where he was part of a team that surpassed their $300 million stretch goal for $4.2 billion university-wide Centennial Campaign. He began his career at Ohio University as a graduate assistant for the Ohio Bobcat Club.
A native of Miami, Dr. Poliakoff earned his bachelor’s degree from Duke University, his Master of Sport Administration and Master of Business Administration from Ohio University, and his Doctorate in Education from the University of Miami.
