Nate Simon enters his first season as assistant director of football equipment for USC.

Prior to his time with the Trojans, he served as the director of equipment operations at Georgia State for 7 years (2018-2025) where he managed the equipment operations budgets for all 15 sports, including football. Before being promoted to director, he served at Georgia State as an assistant equipment manager for 2 years (2016-2018).

Simon received his master’s degree in Sports Administration and his bachelor’s degree in Human Learning and Development from Georgia State. He is a certified member of the A.E.M.A.
