SOUTH BEND, Ind. (AP) - Freshman Alicia Ratay scored 19 points Monday night to lead No. 10 Notre Dame to a 74-59 win over Southern California.
Ruth Riley added 14 points and Danielle Green had 11 for the Irish (7-2). The Trojans (5-4) were led by Danielle Golay, who scored 16 points, and Tashara Carter and Erica Mashia, who each had 10 points.
The Irish led 34-32 at halftime, then went on a 16-7 run to open the second half. Ratay scored five points during the spurt.
The Trojans could not slow the momentum and Notre Dame pulled away for the win.
