Mikaela Parmlid Named To All-America First Team

USC golfer Mikaela Parmlid has been named All-American first team by the Golf Coaches Association of America.
The junior from Gothenburg, Sweden, led USC with a stroke average of 73.2. She is the fifth USC women's golfer to garner All-American first team honors, joining Tracy Nakamura (1990), Jill McGill (1994), Jennifer Rosales (1998-99) and Candie Kung (2000-2001). She also earned All-Pac-10 honors in 2002.
Junior Becky Lucidi, who was second on the squad with a stroke average of 74.3, was named All-American honorable mention.
