So-Cal Men's Water Polo Tournament Update - Day Two

LOS ANGELES -- The top 12 men's water polo teams in the nation conclude play Sunday at the 2002 So-Cal Tournament, hosted by the University of Southern California at McDonald's Swim Stadium. The tournament features No. 1 Stanford, No. 2 USC, No. 3 UC Irvine, co-No. 4 California and Pepperdine, No. 6 UCLA, No. 7 Loyola Marymount, No. 8 UC San Diego, No. 9 Long Beach State, No. 10 UC Santa Barbara, No. 11 Pacific and No. 12 Navy.
Stanford will meet UC Irvine for the tournament championship at 6:30 p.m. with the third-place match between the Cal and Pacific at 5:20 p.m.
USC will face UCLA in the fifth-place match at 4:10 p.m. and will be the first contest of the season for the Lexus Gauntlet.
