Sofia Konoukh Named MPSF Mikasa Player Of The Week

LOS ANGELES - Senior Sofia Konoukh earned Mountain Pacific Sports Federation Mikasa Player of the Week honors after scoring three goals and adding four steals in Saturday's 11-7 win against No. 7 San Diego State. The 2002 MPSF Player of the Year and first team All-American is third on the team in scoring with 10 goals.
No. 3 USC is 6-1 overall on the season and 2-0 in MPSF play. The Women of Troy travels to No. 2 UCLA on Friday (Feb. 21) at 3 p.m.
