Hartley Wins Twice To Lead Troy At Arizona

Senior Blythe Hartley won both springboard events and sophomore Whitney Hentzen and freshman Rebecca each won once, but No. 10 USC fell at No. 6 Arizona, 128-113, in its Pac-10 dual meet opener in Tucson, Ariz., on Friday (Nov. 18).
Hartley won the 1-meter (320.85) and 3-meter springboard (339.35). Hentzen won the 1000y free (10:11.14) while Soni won the 200y breast (2:13.09). Soni was also second in the 200y IM (2:04.80).
Sophomore Brittany Allen (10:11.64) and Kalyn Keller (10:18.34) were second and third, respectively, in the 1000y free. Sophomore Emily Goetsch was second in the 200y fly (2:01.93) and Keller was second in the 500y free (4:54.98)
USC swims at Arizona State at noon on Saturday (Nov. 19).
