USC kicks off the 2026-27 season on Oct. 8 at the Uytengsu Aquatics Center.

ROSEMONT, Ill. – Four USC swimming and diving athletes were named to the 2026-27 Big Ten Swimmers and Divers to Watch List, the conference announced Tuesday, Sept. 22.

All-American seniors Krzysztof Chmielewski (men's swimming) and Minna Abraham (women's swimming) earned the distinction for the second consecutive season. Chmielewski, a two-time Olympian from Poland, has consistently scored for the Trojans at both the conference and NCAA Championship meets. Abraham, an Olympian from Hungary, holds multiple USC records and has recorded several top-three finishes at the NCAA Championships.

Freshman divers Nattalia Nunez Sanchez and Ruben Del Prado Puente earned their first conference honors with the selection. Both are poised to make an immediate impact for the Trojans during their debut seasons.

The annual watch list features one swimmer and one diver from each of the Big Ten's 14 swimming and diving programs. The conference's head coaches determined this season's selections.
