MATCH NOTES
- USC fell to 2-13 in its all-time series with Utah and suffered its first loss to the Utes since 1986, which snapped a 10-match winning streak.
- The Utes earned their first win over the Trojans at home and improved to 1-5 all-time.
- Junior OH Samantha Bricio recorded one service ace to give her 66 this season, which ties for fifth most in Pac-12 single-season history with Stanford's Logan Tom (2001) and UCLA's Daiva Tomkus (1988). Bricio now has 194 career aces, which ranks second in Pac-12 history.
- Sophomore libero Taylor Whittingham had 12 digs for her 13th straight match in double digits for digs; her team-leading 19th such match this season.
