USC women's water polo has landed a trio of Trojan on the 2014 honor roll as MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athletes. Seniors Flora Bolonyai and Madeline Rosenthal wrap their USC careers with a full set of academic accolades, now with their third Scholar-Athlete selections. Sophomore Natalie Lavinksy, meanwhile, picks up her first award in her first season eligible for the honors.
Already the first-ever USC water polo to be selected a First Team Academic All-American with her pick last year, Flora Bolonyai is again a candidate for the nation's top academic honor in her senior year. Holding a 3.49 GPA as an economics and mathematics major, Bolonyai now is a three-time MPSF Scholar-Athlete. So, too, is senior Madeline Rosenthal, who boasts a 3.33 GPA as a communication major also minoring in consumer behavior. Teammate Natalie Lavinsky, who is eligible for MPSF academic honors now as a sophomore, holds a 3.4 GPA as an environmental studies major to snag her first honor as a MPSF All-Academic Scholar-Athlete.
