MATCH NOTES
- USC improved to 16-2 in all-time meetings against Utah and has won the last three consecutive matches in the series.
- The Trojans won back-to-back road matches against ranked opponents for the first time since it defeated No. 23 Arizona (Nov. 20) and No. 24 Arizona State (Nov. 22) in 2015.
- The victory is USC's 999th all-time and puts the Trojans just one win from reaching 1,000 all-time. The Women of Troy would be the 17th NCAA Division I program to reach that milestone.
- Freshman OH Khalia Lanier recorded her seventh-career double-double with 19 kills and 15 digs.
- Senior L Taylor Whittingham had 28 digs to mark her 11th match this season in double digits and her sixth over 20.
- Junior OPP Brittany Abercrombie matched her career high with six blocks.
- Senior MB Elise Ruddins set a new career mark with three solo blocks. She had seven total blocks.
