- USC improved to 2-0 for the first time in program history.
- The Trojans improved to 1-1 and evened their all-time series with Duke.
- USC's victory is the program's first over a top-10 team and only the third against a ranked team.
- Through two games, USC is out-scoring its opponents, 32-7.
- Junior attacker Kylie Drexel had her third-career game with three or more goals. Her career-high is five goals in a game against Marquette (March 15, 2015).
- Junior midfielder Gabby McMahon had a season-high and game-high three ground balls.
