- USC lost in its first-ever meeting with Cornell.
- The Women of Troy fell to 6-10 all-time in games played on the East Coast.
- USC fell to 4-4 all-time against opponents from the Ivy League.
- Senior attacker Michaela Michael scored her 31st-career hat trick and finished with at least four goals for the 19th time. Michael also had a career-best three caused turnovers.
- Senior attacker Kylie Drexel scored three goals for her 11th-career hat trick game.
- Drexel won a career-high four draw controls.
