Four Women of Troy Named To MPSF All-Academic Team

After three trips to the NCAA final and two national championships won, USC senior captains Courtney Fahey and Amanda Longan have also wrapped their Trojan careers with a collection of academic accolades. Fahey has picked up her third spot on the MPSF All-Academic honor roll, while Longan lands her second selection. Joining them on the 2019 MPSF All-Academic Team are first-time honorees Kaylee Brownsberger and Kari Jensen — both sophomores.

It's the fourth straight season that USC has had at least four Trojans on the MPSF list for academic honors. All four Trojans boast cumulative GPAs over 3.0 and have appeared in at least 50 percent of USC's 2019 competition. Senior captain Courtney Fahey closes out her third MPSF All-Academic selection as she wraps her Trojan career with a 3.56 GPA as a health and human sciences major with a minor in entrepreneurship. Fellow senior captain Amanda Longan graduates with a psychology degree as she grips a 3.12 GPA. In their first season eligible for MPSF academic honors, sophomores Kaylee Brownsberger (3.08) and Kari Jensen (3.16) are both pursuing degrees in health and human sciences.
