Big Ten Women’s Basketball 2025-26 Home And Away Opponents Announced
April 30, 2025 | Women's Basketball
The defending Big Ten regular-season champions will host nine Big Ten teams for conference play at Galen Center next season.
As the defending Big Ten regular-season champion turns to enter its second season as a member of the conference, the USC women's basketball team has its 2025-26 Big Ten home and away opponents locked into place, the conference announced today (April 30). The season to come will bring four Big Ten foes to Galen Center for the first time, as USC sets up for nine Big Ten home games and nine road tilts for conference competition.
In addition to a home-and-away series with crosstown rival UCLA, Year Two of Big Ten action will see the Women of Troy host Indiana, Iowa, Maryland, Oregon, Purdue, Rutgers, Washington and Wisconsin at Galen Center in 2025-26. It will be the first-ever visit to Galen Center for Iowa, Maryland, Purdue and Wisconsin. USC's away slate takes the Trojans to Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Minnesota, Nebraska, Northwestern, Ohio State and Penn State, with first-time trips to Illinois and Minnesota on tap for the Trojans.
USC is coming off a 2024-25 season that saw the Trojans win the Big Ten regular-season championship, earn a No. 1 seed into the NCAA Tournament and reach a second straight Elite Eight to finish with a 31-4 overall record. The Trojans went undefeated at home against Big Ten opponents last season, and took just a single road loss during its first Big Ten Conference stretch.
Dates and times for Big Ten games will be released at a later date, as will USC's nonconference schedule.
