The Trojans will face four nationally-ranked teams during the two-day tournament.

AUSTIN – No. 3 USC Beach Volleyball (18-3) heads to Austin as they prepare for the Texas Invitational hosted by the University of Texas Longhorns on Friday and Saturday, March 27 and 28. Over the two-day tournament, the Women of Troy will take on No. 16 Florida Atlantic, No. 17 North Florida, No. 12 LSU and No.6 Texas.

LAST TIME OUT
The Trojans spent Spring Break in Pompano Beach, Florida, playing in six matches across three days. USC went 3-1 in the Florida Atlantic Beach Invitational, securing wins against Tampa, No. 17 Florida Atlantic and No. 6 TCU, while dropping a game to No. 7 Florida State. The Women of Troy took a day off before playing TCU again, winning that match 3-2, then followed that with a 5-0 win in an exhibition against Palm Beach State.

IN THE RANKINGS
USC moved up the rankings after a strong Spring Break trip to Pompano Beach, Florida. The Women of Troy are third in the AVCA Coaches' Poll and are fourth in the CBVB team rankings. Along with that, Zoey Henson and Sarah Wood are ranked fifth, while Ashley Pater and Kennedy Coakley are ranked sixth in the NCAA based on their performances this season. Henson and Wood have primarily played in the second flight, earning a 19-1 record this season. Pater and Coakley have spent most of their season in the first flight, securing a 16-5 record.

SECOND FLIGHT, BEST FLIGHT
When looking at the records of all of USC's flights this season, only one spot is undefeated this season – the second flight. Through 21 duals this season, no team has lost a match in that spot. The three pairs that competed in that spot include Zoey Henson and Sarah Wood, Ashley Pater and Kennedy Coakley, and Alana Embry and Quincy Stephens.
