Five USC Women’s Golf Players Named WGCA All-Americans
June 02, 2026 | Women's Golf
The Trojans’ five selections tie the program record set in 2008, 2014 and 2019.
FRISCO, Texas — All five lineup players for the No. 2 USC Women's Golf Team were named All-Americans by the Women's Golf Coaches Association on Tuesday, June 2.
Jasmine Koo and Catherine Park were named first-team All-Americans, while Kylie Chong and Bailey Shoemaker made the second team. Elise Lee rounded out the Trojans as an honorable mention selection. USC's five All-American selections matched the program record achieved in 2008, 2014 and 2019. The Women of Troy now have 42 individual All-American selections, earning a total of 87 All-American honors.
All five players were instrumental in one of the most successful seasons in USC Women's Golf history, leading the Trojans to eight wins — the second-most in program history — the program's NCAA-leading 16th regional title, its first Big Ten title and an NCAA runner-up finish.
Becoming the fourth Trojan to earn All-American honors in all four years, Catherine Park capped off a highly decorated collegiate career with a successful senior season. Park leaves USC with five career wins — tied for the third-most all-time — and is USC's career leader with a 70.40 career stroke average, 30 top-10 finishes, 40 rounds in the 60s. Eighteen of those rounds in the 60s came this year, which was the most in a single season in program history. This year, Park won her final collegiate tournament at the Alice and John Wallace Women's Golf Classic, yet she led the team with 12 top-25 finishes and nine top-10 finishes. She capped off her career by placing fourth at the NCAA Championships for her third-career top-five finish at NCAAs.
Earning First Team All-American honors for the second consecutive year, Jasmine Koo outdid herself as a sophomore with four career wins, becoming USC's career wins leader with eight titles. Koo became the first Trojan to win an individual Big Ten Tournament title, leading the Trojans to their 10th conference title in program history. She ended the season by winning three of the last five tournaments in which she played, then capped off the season by placing 11th at the NCAA Championships for her best postseason finish. Koo had 10 top 25 finishes and seven top 10 finishes and ranked second on the team with 20 rounds under par and 16 rounds in the 60s.
Making her first All-American appearance, sophomore Kylie Chong enjoyed a breakout season in which she won her first two titles of her collegiate career and earned All-Big Ten First Team honors. Chong set several collegiate bests along the way: She had a career-best 203 (-13) total to share the title at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic and fired her best round of 66 on three occasions. She won USC's inaugural GameAbove Invitational with a 205 (-11) total for her first outright collegiate win. Chong was instrumental in USC's run to the NCAA match play championship, sealing the quarterfinal win over Duke and winning the Trojans' lone match against Stanford in the title match.
Bouncing back from a near-career-ending injury that sidelined her during the fall, Bailey Shoemaker earned her first career All-American honors after her best collegiate season. Shoemaker was an All-Big Ten First Team selection and was tied for the runner-up at the conference tournament — one of three runner-up finishes she had all season. Shoemaker placed in the top 25 in all nine tournaments in which she played, plus she had six consecutive top-10 finishes midway through the spring. Along the way, she tied her career-best tournament score with a 207 (-9) total at the Chevron Silverado Showdown, plus she tied her career-low round of 65 twice. She tied for 23rd at the NCAA Championships, giving USC three top-25 finishers.
Making an immediate impact in her first season at USC, Elise Lee earned her first career WGCA All-American award as an honorable mention selection. Lee was a steady piece in the Trojans' lineup, finishing in the top 25 in 11 tournaments with seven top-10 finishes. A First-Team All-Big Ten selection, Lee had a ninth-place finish at the conference tournament for her best finish at Big Tens. Along the way, she had her best collegiate tournament score with a 208 (-8) total at the Golfweek Red Sky Classic, plus she fired her best collegiate round with a 66 en route to tying for second at the NCAA Ann Arbor Regional. During postseason match play, Lee clinched the Trojans' semifinal win over Arkansas.
