USC Women's Basketball Announces Complete 2026-27 Season Schedule

Women of Troy open the season Nov. 2 and begin Big Ten play Dec. 5.
LOS ANGELES - USC women's basketball announced its complete 2026-27 season schedule Wednesday, including 13 nonconference games, 18 Big Ten contests and the inaugural First Look exhibition at the Galen Center.
The Trojans host Cal for an exhibition basketball showcase on Sunday, Oct. 25, at 2 p.m. PT before kicking off the regular season just one week later.
USC opens the regular season against UNLV on Monday, Nov. 2, in the TNT Hall of Fame Series at Michelob ULTRA Arena in Las Vegas. The Trojans then return to the Galen Center for their home opener against Utah State on Nov. 8 and College of Charleston on Nov. 10.
The nonconference schedule also sends USC to Greenville, South Carolina, for a matchup against the Gamecocks on Nov. 15 and to Intuit Dome in Inglewood for the Hollywood Hardwood Classic against Baylor on Nov. 20. USC hosts Northern Arizona on Nov. 23 before meeting Saint Joseph's and Iowa State at the Baha Mar Hoops Nassau Championship in the Bahamas on Nov. 27 and Nov. 29.
After opening Big Ten play at Washington on Dec. 5, the Trojans close their nonconference home schedule against Grambling State on Dec. 8 and Youngstown State on Dec. 13. USC then faces Miami in the Scripps Sports Women's Basketball Showcase in Phoenix on Dec. 16 before concluding nonconference play against Notre Dame and Duke at the Players Era Tournament in Las Vegas on Dec. 19 and Dec. 20.
The Women of Troy resume Big Ten play with a road contest against Wisconsin on Dec. 29. The Trojans begin the new year with their first conference homestand, hosting Northwestern on Jan. 2 and Nebraska on Jan. 5 at the Galen Center.
The Trojans visit Maryland on Jan. 8 and Rutgers on Jan. 11 before returning to LA to host Minnesota on Jan. 15 and Penn State on Jan. 18. USC then travels to Purdue on Jan. 24 and Indiana on Jan. 27 before closing January at home against Michigan on Jan. 30. The Women of Troy remain at the Galen Center to face Illinois on Feb. 2.
USC then plays consecutive road games at UCLA on Feb. 7 and Iowa on Feb. 11. The Trojans return to the Galen Center for their longest conference homestand of the season, hosting Michigan State on Feb. 18, Ohio State on Feb. 21 and UCLA on Feb. 25 for senior day. USC concludes the regular season at Oregon on Feb. 28.
The 18-game conference schedule gives USC nine Big Ten home games and nine road contests. The Trojans will play defending NCAA Champions UCLA twice, meeting the Bruins in Westwood before hosting the regular-season rematch at the Galen Center.
The Big Ten Tournament is scheduled for March 3-7 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. NCAA Tournament play begins with the First Four on March 17-18 and concludes with the Women's Final Four and national championship game April 2 and April 4 in Columbus, Ohio.
USC enters the 2026–27 season with one of the nation's deepest and most talented rosters, led by the return of 2024–25 consensus National Player of the Year JuJu Watkins and reigning National Freshman of the Year Jazzy Davidson. All-Big Ten Defensive Team selection Kennedy Smith also returns, giving the Trojans an accomplished core under sixth-year head coach Lindsay Gottlieb.
USC adds the nation's No. 1 recruiting class, featuring top-ranked prospect Saniyah Hall, Australian standout Sitaya Fagan and Spanish forward/center Sara Okeke. Transfers Pania Davis and Ryann Bennett bring additional size and experience to what is set to be the tallest roster in program history.
