Martin was named USC’s director of scouting and player relations in March of 2021.
He spent the past 4 years (2017-20) as the lead personnel analyst/player development at LSU. Before that, he was an assistant director of on-campus recruiting operations and a player personnel assistant for 2 years (2015-16).
He was a video technician assistant with NBA Entertainment in 2014.
He earned his bachelor’s degree in mass communication in 2009, a bachelor’s degree in sports administration in 2015 and a master’s degree in kinesiology, all from LSU.
