Willo Rodriguez enters his second season as a volunteer assistant coach at USC. A native of Puerto Rico, Rodriguez started playing water polo at age seven. At West Valley College, he won two state championship before transferring to Pepperdine. There, Rodriguez helped the Waves rank No. 3 in the nation before graduating in 2003. After graduation, he joined the Puerto Rican National Team, competing in the 2004 FINA Olympic Qualification tournament in Brazil. He then retuned Pepperdine to serve as an assistant coach in 2006 and 2007, and also coached in the Premier League. He is currently completing a master[apos]s degree in Physical Education at Azusa Pacific.
