Kevin McLemore is in his third year (2021-22) as USC’s director of lacrosse operations.
McLemore previously spent eight years in event management positions, most recently as a food operations manager at Universal Studios Hollywood where he spearheaded logistics for the 2019 opening of the theme park’s Jurassic World: The Ride.
Prior to arriving in Hollywood, McLemore worked for Aramark as a concessions and special events manager at various sports and entertainment venues in the Philadelphia area. During his time with Aramark, McLemore helped stage large-scale events including NBA and NHL games, concerts and conferences, and collegiate sports tournaments.
As a two-way midfielder, McLemore was a four-year letterwinner at Widener (2007-11) where he achieved All-MAC (Middle Atlantic Conference) second-team honors as a senior. He helped the Pride win three MAC championships (2008, ’10, ’11) and was awarded the MAC Sportsmanship Award as a junior in 2010.
During his time at Widener, McLemore served as an intern for Aramark at Lincoln Financial Field and moved into a full-time role with the company following graduation. He received a Bachelor of Science in business administration in 2011.
McLemore has also served as a youth lacrosse coach in the greater Philadelphia area and as a volunteer for the Special Olympics (2006-11). He is a 2007 graduate of Upper Darby High School in Drexel Hill, Pa.
