Erica Monsegue is a director of athletic compliance at USC. She joined in the office in July 2022.
She oversees athletic compliance for men’s basketball, men’s volleyball and women’s volleyball. She also serves as the compliance liaison for Auxiliary Services, Development and Sport Psychology.
Previously, Erica served as the assistant athletic director for compliance at the University of California Davis and the assistant director for compliance at Sacramento State.
Erica graduated with a bachelor’s degree in sport management from the University of Texas at Austin in 2010 and earned her master’s degree from the Rossier School of Education at the University of Southern California in 2014.
Erica is an active member of the National Association of Collegiate Athletic Directors (NACDA), and the National Association for Athletics Compliance (NAAC).
She lives in Los Angeles with her wife, Marta and their cat Penelope and dog Ollie.
