2023-24 SEASON:
High School: Kahler joins USC with extensive experience competing against some of the world’s greatest swimmers as a member of the Austrian National Team … During her Olympic debut, Marlene Kahler broke two Austrian national records, finishing 17th in the 400m free (4:08.37), 19th in the 1500m free (16:20.05) and 22nd in the 800m free (8:36.16) … At the 2021 European Aquatic Championships, where she finished ninth in the 800m free and 13th in the 1500m free … In 2019, Kahler championed the women’s 400m free during the FINA Swimming World Cup in Doha. At the same meet she was third in the 800m free and eighth in the 200m free … Kahler took home two bronze medals at the 2018 Youth Olympic Games in Buenos Aires, taking third in both the 400m and 800m free at the age of 17 ... Boasts Austrian national records in the 400, 800, 1500m free.

- At Pac-12’s, Kahler placed 2nd in the 1650y free (16:15.12), 9th in the 500y free (4:42.87), and 17th in the 200y freestyle (1:46.87). She also helped USC to a fourth-place finish in the 800y free relay
- At the NCAA Championships, Kahler placed 37th in the 500y free (4:43.64), 46th in the 200y free (1:46.87) and 31st in the 1650y free (16:17.53)
