With two full seasons under her belt, Miller will compete with teammate Kelly Irvin for the backup setter position. 2008
As a sophomore, Miller has appeared in seven matches, recording one assist and has been utilized mainly in a serving capacity.

Miller made one start in nine matches during her 2007 freshman season...recorded a kill and 24 assists on Sept. 1 against Mercer...had a service ace on Oct. 12 against Oregon...recorded two digs on Oct. 26 against California. High School/Club
She played three years on the varsity team at Laguna Beach (Calif.) High under coach Lance Stewart...named to the 2007 Orange County All-Star Team...member of the 2006 CIF and state championship squads...earned All-CIF and all-league honors in her junior and senior seasons...named to the all-tournament team at the 2006 Dave Mohs Championship...graduated magna cum laude...selected to the 2007 Student Sports 'Best In The U.S.' list...played eight seasons for the Laguna Beach Volleyball Club and was a member of the bronze medalist squad at the 2007 Junior Olympics....member of the Southern California High Performance team in 2005 and 2006...named Laguna Beach High Academic Volleyball Athlete of the Year. Mychaela Ann Miller was born on Oct. 16, 1988...parents are Todd and Joselyn...has one brother, Rex...her father was a member of the USC men[apos]s volleyball team in 1981 and 1982 (both teams reached the Final Four) while her mother was on the rowing team...she is the 16th member of her family to attend USC...favorite television show is Lost...favorite movie is Wedding Crashers...enjoys going to the beach in her spare time...enjoys listening to Tom Petty and Ben Harper...majoring in business.
