2018-19 SEASON: Madison Gong enters her first season on the USC women's rowing team.
CLUB: Gong competed for the Morgan Hill Makos Swim Team for five years.
HIGH SCHOOL: Gong was a four-year letter winner for both swimming and water polo at Santa Catalina School...Named captain of the swim team for three years, including the 2018 Mission Trail Athletic League swim championships...Swam the 50 free, 100 free, 200 free and 200 IM.
PERSONAL: Madison Diane Gong was born October 18, 1999...Daughter of Ron and Wendy Gong...Has a sister, Sophie...Favorite movie is Wonder Woman...Favorite TV shows are Modern Family and Scandal...Would like to visit Italy, Iceland and Greece....Majoring in studying cognitive science with a minor in computer science...Hopes to work in the technology field, especially in artificial intelligence and machine learning...Is currently a member of the Society of Women Engineers and Women in Tech at USC.
