Jennifer C. Martinez was named USC Athletics' Director of Marketing in the Fall of 2022.
Before that, Martinez was the Assistant Director of Marketing in Athletics for the University of Texas, Austin (2021-2022) where she directed all marketing, fan experience and gameday production efforts for volleyball, softball, men's and women's tennis and track & field. During her time at the Longhorns, Texas was named the Marketing Team of the Year (June 2022) for the National Association of Collegiate Marketing Administrators.
Martinez started her athletics career at Long Beach State where she elevated from a Gameday intern to the Assistant Director of Marketing (2017-2021). She helped oversee the marketing, fan experience and gameday production efforts for all 19 NCAA sports.
She received her master’s degree (Sports Management) in 2019 as well as her bachelor's degree (Kinesiology) in 2017 at Long Beach State University.
Born and raised in Southern California, Martinez currently resides in Downtown Los Angeles.
