USC Men's Volleyball Team Defeats Tahitian National Team

LOS ANGELES - Junior All-American Brook Billings had 25 kills to lead the USC men's volleyball team to a 25-13, 22-25, 26-28, 25-19, 17-15 exhibition win over the Tahitian National Team on Wednesday (Dec. 27) in Papeete, Tahiti.
Junior Beau Rawi added 16 kills for the Trojans.
USC, which has been one victory away from advancing to the NCAA Final Four each of the past two seasons, opens its 2001 season at the UC Santa Barbara Invitational on Jan. 5 and 6.
