Game 1: #5 California def #4 UCLA (13-12) OT
This was a close, hard fought match, where the game was tied on 10 different occasions. UCLA tallied the first goal but California came back to tie it up before going into the second period. The first time the Golden Bears took the lead was on a goal by Andrija Vasiljevic in the beginning of the second period. Cal didn't trail until the Bruins scored their seventh goal in the middle of the third period with a shot from Krsto Sbutega.UCLA came back from a two goal deficit in the last two minutes of play,the final goal in regulation being scored in the last 16 seconds by Logan Powell, sending the two teams into overtime. Vasiljevic scored the game-winning goal with two minutes left in the second overtime period.

Game 2: #3 Stanford def. #6 Pepperdine (9-7)
Pepperdine came out with a bang, scoring the first two goals of the match, however Stanford took the lead in the beginning of the second period and never looked back. The Waves kept it close throughout the game; their largest deficit was only 4 goals at the end of the third period before coming back with the only two goals in the fourth period. The Cardinal's leading scorer, Varellas, had five goals on the afternoon.

Game 3: #2 UC Irvine def. #7 Pacific (7-6)
Pacific played a tough game of defense falling to No.2 UCI 7-6. The Tiger's goalie Marko Popovic made 13 saves for Pacific to keep them in the game. The Anteaters came out strong from the beginning with the first goal of the game, and went on a 2-6 run, the largest lead of the game, through the third period. Pacific came back with a four goal run to tie it up 6-6 with two minutes left in the fourth. UCI clinched the game with a goal from Derason Barry, who had five goals on the afternoon.

Game 4: #1 USC def. #8 Long Beach State (10-8)
No. 1 USC came out with offense in mind, going on a 6-2 run through the first two periods. Long Beach came back scoring three goals in the third period and four in the fourth period. It wasn't enough though with the combination of the Trojans all time leading scorer Juraj Zatovic tallying three goals on the afternoon and goalie Don Ricci making 11 saves.

Game 5: UCLA def.Long Beach State (10-6)
UCLA took an early lead scoring in the first minute of play. After a series of exclusions, Long Beach scored on a 6-4 advantage but UCLA had a two-goal answer. The 49ers took advantage of a goalie exclusion when Brett McCleave blasted the ball in the back of the net. The Bruins came out on fire in the second period, scoring the only three goals of the frame. UCLA went on a five goal streak before Long Beach came back to score three late in the third period, making it a two point game. Feeling the heat, the Bruins tallied three points in the beginning of the fourth, before the 49ers scored the final goal of the game, with 44 seconds left on the clock.

Game 6: Pacific def. Pepperdine (9-8)
Pepperdine came out with a bang scoring the first goal, 30 seconds into the game and went up 3-1 by the end of the first period. Pacific did not back down, picking up two goals to tie the game up in the beginning of the second. Both teams traded goals through the third and fourth period having a tied game on five occasions. With 46 seconds left in a tied ball game Pacific stole the ball in front of their own net and lobbed it to Matt Turnbull who fired off the game-winning goal.

Game 7: USC def. California (10-8)
In an evenly matched semi-final USC set the pace with the first goal of the game by Juan Delgadillo. California came back with two goals to wrap up the first period, putting the Golden Bears ahead by one. The Trojans came out with vengeance firing off four goals in the second period to take back the lead and move up by two. USC kept the Golden Bears at bay in the third period, exchanging two goals apiece to enter the final period with a two point advantage. In the fourth period both teams traded goals before USC's Juraj Zatovic scored the game-winning goal on a 4-meter penalty with 49 seconds remaining on the clock.

Game 8: Stanford def. UC Irvine (11-5)
Stanford showed up with its "A" game firing off five consecutive goals in the first and beginning of the second period. UCI's first goal came with three minutes left in the second period by Dreason Barry. The Cardinal went up 8-1 in the beginning of the third quarter, the largest lead of the game. UCI fought back with three goals in the third period and one in the fourth period, but it wasn't enough to take on Stanford. Between Stanford's two goalies, Sandy Hofener and James Sandman, they boasted 15 saves to stop the Anteaters.

Game 9: Pepperdine def.Long Beach State (9-7)
Pepperdine came out to play scoring the first goal of the game in the first 40 seconds of play. The teams traded a pair of goals before the waves picked up a goal with 8 seconds left to play in the period, to give Pepperdine a one point lead entering the second period. At the beginning of the second period Pepperdine increased its lead with a goal from Matt Digges. Long Beach finished out the period with a goal by Brett McCleave in the last 44 seconds of the period. The 49ers started off the third period with a fast goal by Stefan Ludecke to tie up the match. Pepperdine had a quick answer with two goals to give the waves a two-point advantage entering the fourth quarter. The waves continued their streak picking up a gal in the first two minutes of the last period before the 49ers took advantage of a man advantage. Pepperdine picked up a point from Adam Hewko and Long Beach finished out the period with a goal in the last 46 seconds of the match.

Game 10: UCLA def.Pacific (9-5)
UCLA started the match off with a fast goal on a power play by Krsto Sbutega. Pacific tied it up on a 5 on 4 advantage to finish out the period. The teams traded a pair of goals before Grant Zider of UCLA fired off a shot to put the Bruins ahead by one. Pacific tied the match up in the beginning of the third period before UCLA tallied two points. The Tigers took advantage of a man advantage to make it a one-point game going into the final period. UCLA started off the period with a 4-meter penalty taken by Sbutega. The Bruins finished off the match with three more goals to defeat the Tigers 9-5
