
Rowing Has Four Named 2005 Pac-10 All-Academic

Four student-athletes on the USC women's rowing team were named to the Pacific-10 Conference All-Academic Team for their achievements in the classroom. To be eligible for selection to the academic teams, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and be either a starter or significant substitute.
Seniors Kate Kaso (3.57 political science) and Kathryn Weslow (3.72 psychology) earned their second consecutive first team honors.
Sophomore Kinga Marciszewska,(3.60 pre-business) was named to the second team and Sophomore Golden Broughton garnered honorable mention accolades. This is the first such honor for both.
