Ishimatsu, Jones Win On Final Day Of Trojan Diving Invite

Trojan junior Harrison Jones completed a three-event sweep with a win on 3-meter while USC junior Victoria Ishimatsu won the 1-meter springboard on the second and final day of the Trojan Diving Invitational on Saturday (Nov. 6) at USC's McDonald's Swim Stadium.
Jones won the 3-meter with a 351.55 with senior teammate Steven Starks in second (308.75). Starks was first in prelims with 342.60. Senior Greg Miller was third with 281.60 points.
Ishimatsu, who won the 3-meter Friday, claimed the 1-meter with 308.00. Arizona's Samathan Pickens was second (271.30) while Trojan sophomore Ariel Rittenhouse was third (266.85). USC junior Michela Fossati-Bellani was 13th in prelims (233.65).
