USC Men's Volleyball Hosts Alumni Match

The USC men's volleyball team will host an alumni match this Saturday (Nov. 5) at 2 p.m. in the USC North Gym.
Among the former Trojans expected to participate are Bob Yoder, Steve Rottman, Owen McKibbin, Bill Stetson, Mark Beltran, Todd Miller and Dave Derocher.
The first match will pit alumni against alumni. Then at 3 p.m., the 2011 Trojan squad will take on the alumni squad.
The alumni are then invited to a 5 p.m. "tailgate" in the Galen Center's Founders Room, at $15 per person. The No. 4 USC women's volleyball team hosts No. 10 Washington at 7 p.m. in the Galen Center.
The North Gym, a compact court in the Physical Education Building on campus, was the home to the Trojan volleyball team before it moved first to the Lyon Center and then to its present facility, the Galen Center.
USC, which advanced to the NCAA Final Four last season for the second time in the past 3 years, then concludes its fall season by heading to UCLA on Nov. 11 and 12 for the UCLA SAC Tournament, with UC Santa Barbara and Cal State Northridge also in the field.
