Trojan Opener Cancelled Due To Rain

Rain forced for the cancellation of the USC men's golf team's first day of play for the 2011-2012 season at the Kikkor Golf Husky Invitational on Monday (Sept. 26) in Bremerton, Wash., the constant downpour wiping out the scheduled 36 holes of play.
With only 18 schedules holes left to play on Tuesday, USC was among more than half the field that decided to withdraw from the event.
The Trojans plan to enter another tournament to make up for the lost rounds.
