USC Men’s Golf Unveils 2026-27 Schedule

The Trojans will host two tournaments, including the Golfweek Invitational at Rolling Hills Country Club.
LOS ANGELES — Highlighted by hosting two tournaments and competing in seven in-state events, the USC Men's Golf team released its 2026-27 schedule on Thursday.
The Trojans will play a total of four tournaments during the fall season before a six-tournament regular season slate in the spring. USC will play host to two tournaments this season: The Bombs Darts Birds Collegiate in Chandler, Ariz., then the Golfweek Invitational, held at the home of USC golf at Rolling Hills Country Club in Rolling Hills Estates, Calif.
Postseason play begins at the Big Ten Men's Golf Championships, which will be held at the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield, N.J. from April 30-May 2. NCAA Regionals will be hosted at six host sites from May 17-19. The NCAA Championships will once again be held at The Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, Calif., from May 28-June 2.
The Trojans bring back four players from last year's squad that won four tournaments and made the program's first NCAA Championship appearance since 2019.
Bombs Darts Birds Collegiate (Sept. 7-8)
Host: USC
Location: Whirlwind Golf Club (Chandler, Ariz.)
Notes: The Trojans will kick off the season by hosting 12 teams at the Bombs Darts Birds Collegiate at the Whirlwind Golf Club in Chandler, Ariz. No stranger to the Whirlwind Golf Club track, USC kicked off the 2025-26 season with a record showing at the course, as Antonio Safa set the school record with a 17-under-199 and the Trojans posted the second-best tournament score in program history with a 52-under 812.
Vuori Invitational (Sept. 14-15)
Host: San Diego
Location: Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club (San Diego, Calif.)
Notes: For their first in-state tournament, the Trojans will head south to Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club in San Diego, Calif. for the Vuori Invitational. This is the first time USC has competed in the event and the Trojans' first time competing at the Rancho Santa Fe Golf Club since the 2015-16 season.
Trinity Forest Invitational (Oct. 4-6)
Host: SMU
Location: Trinity Forest Golf Club (Dallas, Texas)
Notes: The Trojans will defend their Trinity Forest Invitational title after earning co-champion honors with Rice at last year's event. Trinity Forest Golf Club is the site of Jaden Dumdumaya's 63, which tied the second-lowest round in program history.
Golf Club of Georgia Intercollegiate
Host: Georgia Tech
Location: Golf Club of Georgia (Alpharetta, Ga.)
Notes: USC closes out its fall schedule by competing at the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate for the seventh-consecutive season. One of the most competitive tournaments in the fall season, the Golf Club of Georgia Collegiate is familiar territory for the Trojans, who placed third last year and fifth the year prior.
Southwestern Invitational (Jan. 25-26)
Host: Pepperdine
Location: North Ranch Country Club (Thousand Oaks, Calif.)
Notes: The Trojans stay local to kick off the spring season at the Southwestern Invitational — one of the most prestigious men's collegiate golf tournaments. This year, the Southwestern will once again be held at North Ranch Country Club in Thousand Oaks. Calif. Last year the Trojans tied for sixth at the Southwestern.
TPC Summerlin Invitational (Feb. 28-March 2)
Host: UNLV
Location: TPC Summerlin Golf Club (Summerlin, Nev.)
Notes: Returning to the Las Vegas area for the first time since the 2024-25 season, USC will compete at UNLV's TPC Summerlin Invitational to wrap up February. Completed in 1991, the TPC Summerlin Golf Course is part of the Tournament Players Club network, run by the PGA Tour. This will be the Trojans' first appearance at this event.
The Desimone Invitational (March 8-9)
Host: California
Location: Lake Merced Golf Course (Daly City, Calif.)
Notes: Named after longtime California head coach Steve Desimone, the second iteration of the Desimone Invitational will return to the Lake Merced Golf Course in Daly City Calif. The Trojans placed 10th at this event last season.
Valspar Collegiate Invitational (March 22-23)
Host: Houston
Location: Floridian National Golf Club (Palm City, Fla.)
Notes: One of the most competitive tournaments of the season, the Valspar Collegiate Invitational brings a plethora of the nation's top-ranked teams together for three rounds of golf at the Floridian National Golf Club. The Trojans placed 13th at last year's event, while Jaden Dumdumaya made a push for the individual title before finishing tied for seventh with a 12-under 201 — just two strokes away from tying the program 54-hole record.
Golfweek Invitational (April 5-6)
Host: USC
Location: Rolling Hills Country Club (Palos Verdes Estates, Calif.)
Notes: The Men of Troy will host their first major tournament at Rolling Hills Country Club since hosting — and winning — the 2018 Pac-12 Championship. Rolling Hills is the home of USC men's and women's golf; the Women of Troy hosted the inaugural GameAbove Invitational at Rolling Hills last season.
80th Western Intercollegiate (April 12-14)
Host: San Jose State
Location: Pasatiempo Golf Club (Santa Cruz, Calif.)
Notes: USC will defend its team and individual titles at one of the most historic events in men's college golf. Last season, the Trojans won the title in thrilling fashion by fending off California on the final hole to win by one stroke. Jack Buchanan was the co-medalist for his first collegiate title thanks to firing a 62 in the second round, which not only tied the course championship record, but also tied the lowest round in program history. The Trojans have swept the Western Intercollegiate titles four times, which is tied for the second-most in tournament history.
Big Ten Championship (April 30-May 2)

Notes: The Big Ten Championships return to the East Coast at the Baltusrol Golf Club, which has hosted the U.S. Open seven times. Last season, Jaden Dumdumaya and Jack Buchanan tied for third to lead USC to a fifth-place finish — the program's best result at a conference tournament since 2018.

Notes: The Trojans will aim to qualify for back-to-back NCAA Championships for the first time since 2016-17. Last year at the Winston-Salem Regional, the Trojans fired the fifth-best round in program history in the final round to place fourth and qualify for the NCAA Championships. The top five teams from each region and the top individual from a non-qualifying team will earn NCAA Championship berths.

Notes: For the fourth consecutive season, the NCAA Championships will take place at The Omni La Costa Resort in Carlsbad, Calif. USC placed 29th last season in the program's first appearance at the national championships in seven years.
