Lim Leads No. 4 USC In Southern Highlands Second Round

Senior Steve Lim fired a 2-under 70 while sophomore Ramsey Sahyoun carded a 1-under 71 to lead the No. 4 USC men's golf team to a tie for the second-lowest second round at the Southern Highlands Collegiate Masters at the Southern Highlands G.C. in Las Vegas on Saturday (March 10).
The Trojans moved from a tie for 12th to 10th at 13-over 589 (298-291) with a 3-over round. Cal maintained its lead and now stands at 3-under 573 (286-287).
Lim moved into a tie for 17th at 1-over 145 (75-70) with a five-birdie round that included four over a 10-hole stretch.
Sahyoun (77-71) and freshman Anthony Paolucci (73-75) are tied for 38th at 4-over 148, junior Martin Trainer is tied for 44th at 8-over 150 (75-75) while sophomore Jeffrey Kang is tied for 51st at 10-over 152 (75-177).
Action concludes Sunday, beginning at 8 a.m.
