Pollard Wins 1-Meter At Trojan Diving Invitational

Senior Collin Pollard won 1-meter while freshman Madison Witt finished second on 3-meter to lead USC on the first day of the Trojan Diving Invitational on Friday (Nov. 13) at Uytengsu Aquatics Center.
Pollard, a 2015 NCAA point scorer, won with a combined 659.55 points while fellow Trojan senior Deon Reid was second (631.40).
Witt led USC's women's efforts with a combined 541.50 points while UCLA Maria Polyakova took first (580.10). Trojan freshman Tabby Krebs was sixth (513.20), senior Sam Adams was seventh (495.95), senior Katherine Van Winkle was ninth (460.30) and senior Jacqui Suitt was 13th (442.55).
Action continues Saturday with women's 1-meter and men's 3-meter at 11 a.m. with 12:45 finals. Sunday's men's and women's platform begins at 11 a.m.
