USC Has 11 Players Earn All-Academic Honorable Mention

LOS ANGELES – The Pac-12 released its All-Academic Teams this week and 11 USC players earned honorable mention.
To be eligible for selection to the academic team, a student-athlete must have a minimum 3.0 overall grade-point average and appear in at least 50 percent of their team's games. Seven Trojans are making their second appearance on the honorable mention list including Julia Bingham, Samantha Bruder, Kaylie Collins, Hailey Hite, Taylor McMorrow, Ashleigh Plumptre and Jalen Woodward. It is the sixth straight year USC has at least 10 players on the academic list.
Here's a look at the 11 Trojans honored:
Julia Bingham – 3.13 GPA, Communications
Samantha Bruder – 3.13 GPA, Communications
Kaylie Collins – 3.40 GPA, Communications
Savannah DeMelo – 3.28 GPA, Health and Human Sciences
Jessica Haidet – 3.48 GPA, Communications
Hailey Hite – 3.62 GPA, Accounting/Business Administration
Taylor McMorrow – 3.25 GPA, Business Administration
Daria Petredes – 3.03 GPA, Business Administration
Ashleigh Plumptre – 3.76 GPA, Human Biology
Ally Prisock – 3.02 GPA, Non-Governmental Organizations/Psychology
Jalen Woodward – 3.40 GPA, Business Administration
