USC Women’s Tennis Resumes Conference Play Against Oregon

The No. 13 ranked US women's tennis team resumes conference play this week as they travel to Eugene, Ore. to take on the Oregon Ducks on Saturday (March 23) at 12 p.m. PT.
ORACLE/ITA RANKINGS UPDATES
In the most recent ITA team rankings (March 19), the Women of Troy elevated four spots to the No. 13 ranked team. The last time USC was ranked 13th or higher was when they were No. 11 on February 17, 2016.
The ITA also released new singles and doubles rankings on March 19.
Freshman Salma Ewing fell to No. 49 after previously holding the No. 45 spot. Junior Angela Kulikov improved to No. 75T, which is her best career singles ranking. Freshman Danielle Willson now holds the No. 124 position.
In doubles, Angela Kulikov/Rianna Valdes are now ranked the No. 20 pair in the nation.
GOING STREAKING
Freshman Danielle Willson continues to ride a strong winning streak as she improved to 12 straight victories. She also remains undefeated in dual matches (11-0). Willson is one of four players in the Top 20 teams to remain undefeated in dual matches with 10 wins or more. Junior Angela Kulikov is currently riding a five-match winning streak.
SCOUTING OREGON
The Oregon Ducks hold a 6-9 overall record and are 0-4 in Pac-12 Conference play. They are looking to break a six-match losing streak. Last weekend, they lost to Washington 7-0 and Washington State 4-1. The Ducks have one singles player nationally ranked in No. 65 Shweta Sangwan and a doubles pair ranked at No. 66 Mulville/Kahfiani.
