LAS VEGAS, NEV. — The USC women's basketball team swamped Colorado in the fourth quarter to turn a see-saw battle into a decisive 69-54 Trojan victory in the first round of the Pac-12 Tournament at Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, Nev. After 11 lead changes, USC found a late third-quarter spark from back-to-back 3-pointers from Alyson Miura to take the lead. The Trojans would outscore the Buffs 20-8 in the fourth, sealing victory and scoring a spot in the quarterfinals against rival UCLA tomorrow (March 6). The win also improved USC to 17-13 overall with its fourth straight victory. Colorado goes to 16-14 with the loss.

Colorado would keep clicking in the next stretch and sneaked into a late lead with a 6-0 rally that got the Buffs up 28-26 at 3:20. USC's Kyra White stepped up soon after, burying back-to-back buckets to edge the Trojans on top again at 30-28 entering the last two minutes of the half.
