For the third consecutive day, freshman Kate Miller advanced to the diving championship final, this time on platform. Miller finished seventh with 266.25 points. The newcomer was the lone freshman from the conference to reach all three diving championship finals.
Senior Grace Lee was eighth in the consolation final, scoring 213.85 points.
Four Trojans earned All-Conference honors following the conclusion of the meet, led by First Team member Kaitlyn Dobler. Abraham and Famous earned Second Team honors, while freshman Miller was named to the Big Ten's Newcomer All-Conference list.
Just yesterday, Dobler was selected as one of 14 student-athletes from the Big Ten Conference to receive the 2025 Sportsmanship award. The conference recognizes honorees from each institution who have set themselves apart through hard work, sportsmanship and honorable behavior.
Next up, USC's divers now turn their attention to the upcoming Zone E Diving Championships in Federal Way, Wash for one final attempt to qualify for NCAAs. The meet runs March 10-12 at the Weyerhaeuser King County Aquatic Center. A week later, March 19-22, USC's qualifying athletes will travel north to the NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships, also held in Federal Way.
