USC Divers Have Strong Showing On Final Day Of Bruin Diving Invitational

LOS ANGELES – The Trojan diving squad concluded competition at the Bruin Diving Invitational on Sunday afternoon.
USC had three divers in each of the event finals to wrap up the weekend.
On women's platform, Kate Miller led the group with a third place finish with a score of 490.50. Jenna Jagielski and Morgan Burns joined Miller in the platform finals and placed fifth and tenth respectively.
Luc Goertzen led the way for the Trojans on men's 1-meter. Goertzen tallied 583.30 points which was good for a fourth place finish. Robert Gref followed right behind in fifth with 579.75 points. Valentino Nieto placed seventh to round out the group.
