Box Score Highlights

LINCOLN, Neb. — After a hard fought 90 minutes, the USC women's soccer team earned a 0-0 draw against the Nebraska Cornhuskers on Thursday night, extending its unbeaten streak to four games and posting the team's second straight shutout.

The Trojans moves to 2-8-6 overall and 1-5-4 in Big Ten Conference play. Meanwhile, Nebraska moves to 3-3-10 overall and 1-2-7 in conference play, earning its fourth consecutive scoreless draw.

USC came into the game having shut out Northwestern 3-0 last time out and off of two straight draws against Illinois and Indiana prior to that.

USC freshman goalkeeper Josie Biehl was the chief reason for the Cornhuskers' continued goal drought, posting six saves on the day. Biehl went to work early, making an acrobatic save on a Cornhuskers free kick in the first half. Twenty minutes later, Biehl came up with point-blank saves in back-to-back Nebraska attacking sequences.

Trojan midfielder Jaiden Rodriguez tallied three shots and one target.
