The Trojans will compete at a combined 14 meets between indoor and outdoor seasons
LOS ANGELES – The USC track and field team released its indoor and outdoor schedule for the 2027 season on Tuesday. The Trojans will look to add more trophies under head coach Quincy Watts, who returns for his sixth year at the helm of the program.
The Trojans will open the indoor season on Jan. 15 with the two-day Nevada Invitational in Reno, Nevada. The following week, USC will travel to the Stan Scott Invite hosted by Texas Tech on Jan. 22.
To close out January, the jumps squad will head to Manhattan, Kansas, for the K-State Invite from Jan. 29-30.
USC will continue its indoor campaign from Feb. 5-6 at the New Mexico Collegiate Classic in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The following week, the Trojans will close out the regular season with a trip to Fayetteville, Arkansas for the Tyson Invitational from Feb. 12-13.
The Trojans will then turn their attention to the Big Ten Indoor Championships, set for Feb. 25-27 in Indianapolis, Indiana. Last season, USC took home six event titles at Big Ten Championships.
To close out the indoor season, the Trojans will return to Fayetteville for the NCAA Indoor Championships on March 12-13 at the Randal Tyson Track Center.
To kick off the outdoor season, USC will host the Ron and Sharlene Allice Trojan Invitational on March 26-27 at Allyson Felix Field at Katherine B. Loker Track Stadium and Colich Center.
Heading into April, the Trojans will travel to College Station, Texas, for the 44 Farms Team Invitational on April 8-10 at E.B. Cushing Stadium. The following weekend, the Trojans will return to Walnut, California, for Mt. SAC Relays on April 16-17. They will look to add to the success from last year's Mt. SAC Relays where both the women's 4x100m relay and women's 400m school records were broken at Hilmer Lodge Stadium.
The Trojans will then take on crosstown rival UCLA in the annual dual meet on May 1-2 at Drake Stadium in Los Angeles, marking the final regular-season competition.
The Big Ten Outdoor Championships will take place May 14-16 at Hayward Field. USC will look to contend for conference titles on both the men's and women's sides following a successful outing at last year's championships, coming home with nine event titles.
To continue their postseason run, the Trojans will travel to College Station once again for the NCAA West Regional Championships, set for May 26-29. They will compete for a chance to advance to the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Eugene, Oregon from June 9-12 to finish out the season.
