Trojans host Waves on Friday at Marks Stadium
LOS ANGELES — The No. 21 USC men's tennis team returns to Marks Stadium on Friday afternoon for a ranked matchup against No. 24 Pepperdine, with first serve set for 1:30 p.m. PT.
The Trojans (6-3) look to build on last weekend's doubleheader sweep and defend their home courts against a Waves squad that enters at 5-3 overall. Friday's contest marks an early-season test between two nationally ranked programs from neighboring conferences.
The Trojans are coming off a 2-0 weekend at home, highlighted by a 4-3 comeback victory over UNLV and a 4-0 sweep of UC Irvine. Pepperdine is fresh off a 4-0 upset win over No. 4 Stanford.Â
