May 15, 2026 | Women's Golf
COLUMBUS, Ga. — Sophomore Jasmine Koo and senior Catherine Park of the No. 2 USC Women's Golf Team were named ANNIKA Award Finalists on Friday, May 15.
Koo and Park are two of 10 finalists for the ANNIKA Award, which is the most prestigious individual award in collegiate golf. USC's two nominees trailed only Stanford, which is responsible for three finalists. Voting will open today and end on Monday, May 25 after the stroke play portion of the NCAA Championship concludes.
Both Trojans have put together historic seasons in their own right. Becoming an ANNIKA Award Finalist for the second-straight year, Jasmine Koo followed up her stellar debut campaign with four wins as a sophomore, including the program's first-ever Big Ten individual title. She became USC's career wins leader after winning the Chevron Silverado Showdown and now sits at eight career wins. Winner of three of her last five tournaments, Koo has nine top-25 finishes and six top-10 finishes on the year.
Wrapping up one of the best four-year careers in USC history, Catherine Park won her fifth career title at the Alice and John Wallace Women's Golf Classic earlier this February. The senior from Irvine, Calif. leads the team with 21 rounds over par and 20 rounds in the 60s, plus her 11 top-25 finishes and eight top-10 finishes lead the team. She is en route to become USC's career leader in strokes average (71.21), top 10 finishes (29) and rounds in the 60s (39). This is the second time Park has been an ANNIKA Award Finalist; the first time was during her sophomore year in 2024.
Established in 2014, the ANNIKA Award presented by Stifel is given to the top player in women's collegiate golf. Media members, current Division I golfers, coaches and sports information directors vote on this prestigious award, which is the top individual award in women's collegiate golf.
