USC Track and Field Hires Dino Dodig as New Assistant Coach for Jumps and Multis

LOS ANGELES — The USC track and field team announced the hire of Dino Dodig as the new assistant coach for jumps and multis on Tuesday.
Dodig joins the Trojans following two seasons as an assistant coach for Arizona Track and Field. At the 2026 NCAA Outdoor Championships, he coached three athletes to All-American honors. Additionally, he coached a new freshman record for Arizona in the women's triple jump during the season. Across his career, he's coached 13 All-American performances, 24 All-Conference performances and five conference champions.
Prior to Arizona, Dodig served as a coach at Alvernia University. In his two seasons with the program, Dodig coached four All-American NCAA finalists, twelve top-three conference finishers, nine school records, four conference Records, and four conference championship records.
Before coaching, Dodig was a four-time national champion in Serbia. He competed collegiately for Washington State University where he broke the freshman record and school record in the indoor heptathlon. He also appeared in the 2012 World Junior Championship in Barcelona, 2013 European U23 Championship in Tampere, and 2015 European U23 Championship in Tallinn. He earned his bachelor's degree in human development and a minor in psychology from Washington State.
