THIS SEASON: Marin Dasic enters his final season at USC.
2018: Dasic earned All-America Honorable Mention and All-MPSF Honorable Mention as a junior... Named to the NCAA All-Tournament Second Team... Scored 35 goals... Scored in 24 different games with eight multiple-goal outings... Set new career high with four goals scored vs. Whittier on Sept. 1... Scored once in the 2018 NCAA Championship game.
2017: Dasic scored 27 goals as a sophomore... Scored in 19 games with seven multiple-goal outings... Matched career high with three goals scored vs. San José State.... A member of the NCAA Tournament roster.
2016: Dasic earned All-MPSF Honorable Mention and was named to the NCAA All-Tournament Second Team as a freshman... Was fifth on the team in scoring with 30 goals... Scored in 17 games with 10 multiple-goal outings... Scored six goals at the MPSF Tournament... First career goal was scored in the season-opening win over UC Irvine... Set career high with hat tricks in three games... Named MPSF Newcomer of the Week twice (Oct. 10 and Nov. 7)... Earned ACWPC All-Academic honors.
HIGH SCHOOL: Dasic graduated in 2016 from Sports Gymnasium Zagreb... Competed for Havk Mladost at the club level, and was named MPSF of the Croatian Championships in 2012 and 2014... Was named the best left-side player at the 2015 European Games in Baku and was the second leading scorer at the Games... Was the top scorer at the 2011 and 2014 Croatian Championships and the top scorer at the 2011 Croatian Cup... Also was the top scorer at the 2012 Final 8 in Budva.
NATIONAL TEAMS: Dasic has been a member of the Croatian under-18, under-19, under-20 and under-21 national teams... Won a silver medal with Croatia at the 2017 FINA Junior World Championships.
PERSONAL: Dasic is majoring in business administration... Parents are Anita and Branimir... Has two sisters, Ana and Jelena... Lists Drazen Petrovic and Denes Varga as his biggest sports heroes...
