As a freshman, Gershman appeared in 11 games… scored four points on three goals and one assist… was 1-for-4 on free-position shots and picked up five ground balls with five caused turnovers and three draw controls… broke out in USC’s 17-3 win over Fresno State (March 31) with a goal, two ground balls, three caused turnovers, and a draw control.

Gershman was a four-year letterwinner at Pine Crest High School in both lacrosse and soccer… two-time US Lacrosse First Team All-American (2014-15)… two-time first-team academic All-American (2014-15)… Gold Coast All-League first team (2014-15)… four-time first-team All-Region selection (2012-15)… 2014 and 2015 Miami Herald and Sun-Sentinel Player of the Year… first-team All-County selection… Miami Herald all-region team (2012-15)… AP Scholar and Pine Crest School Scholar-Athlete… played three years for XTEAM Lacrosse Club.
